K has been a lifelong water lover. Growing up on NSW’s Mid North Coast she has been actively involved in ocean activities for as long as she can remember. From surf club and competitive swimming as a child, ocean swimming as an adult and discovering surfing in her 40’s she is yet to find a water activity she doesn’t love.
K is based in Cottesloe, WA and is Mum to Charlie, Lucy and Frank. Being a busy Mum, she finds her solace and joy in staying active, sunshine and the sea. She loves adventure racing, be it on trails or in the ocean, and is always up for a challenge. She knows the value of time spent in the elements to restore mind, heart and soul and she loves nothing more than sharing this joy with others and seeing its benefits in the smiles of those around her.

Ed has practised yoga for almost 25 years and has taught in studios in Melbourne and Geelong, as well as owning a yoga business providing classes to private clients, corporates, schools and sporting clubs. She discovered yoga in her late teens as a way to increase flexibility, but soon discovered that this ancient practice not only invigorates the body but helps to create a deeper sense of spirituality and a positive state of emotional being.
Ed is from Clunes, Northern NSW, a stone’s throw away from the yoga mecca of Byron Bay, which has provided an amazing source of inspiration for her practice. A primary school teacher and a busy mum of three kids, Mac, Harley and Josie, she understands the need for self care and ‘time out’ and hopes that her yoga classes can help people reconnect to themselves and feel more grounded.
