Our Process
After you have sent in the below completed reservation form and we have confirmed availability on your selected retreat, we will send you a courtesy hold confirmation (your tentative booking) via email that is valid for 3 days.
Reservations require non refundable AU$500 payment within 3 days of the time the reservation is made or your tentative booking is automatically released. After you pay your deposit you have 2 payment options:
1) Full payment is accepted at any time.
2) 2 further equal instalments due by 1 December and 1 February in your year of travel (May Retreats) OR due by 20 February and 20 April in your year of travel (August Retreats).
Our Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, $500 payment is required within 3 days of receiving your tentative booking confirmation email from us. Full Payment is required by the 1 Feb ( May Retreats) and 20 April ( August Retreats). Payment Details will be sent to you in the confirmation email which you can pay by direct transfer. Please note that a discretionary foreign exchange fee has been included in your retreat rate, so there aren’t any additional taxes and charges to the prices price we advertise
